Please note it the responsibility of a patient to ensure their medication or prescription is kept in a safe and secure place. Clincians will not replace lost or stolen medication unless felt appropriate.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a clinician at least once a year to review these regular medications. A notification should appear on your repeat slip. Our Clinical Pharmacist will be the offered in the first instance to complete your medication reviews.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
